Cancellation Policy

📝 Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

At Le Petit Écolier French Summer Camp, we understand that plans can change, and we do our best to support families with a clear and flexible cancellation policy. Our goal is to be fair and transparent while ensuring we can maintain the quality of programming and staffing we promise every camper.

– Cancellations Made on or Before May 15, 2026
Cancellations made by 11:59 PM on May 15, 2026 are fully refundable, with no penalty or administration fee. You’ll receive a full refund of all camp fees paid.
– After May 15 and until May 31st we will offer a credit towards future summer camps.

After May 31st, there will be no refund nor credit.

📥 How to Cancel or Change Your Registration

To request a cancellation, credit, or session change, please email summercamp@lepetitecolier.com with your camper’s full name, registered session(s), and reason for the change. One of our team members will follow up with you within 2 business days.

🧾 Please Note:

Credits are non-transferable between families and must be used within Summer 2026.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Cancellation terms outlined in this policy apply equally to both camp fees and Extended Care fees.
